San Joaquin County Levee Breach Prompts Mandatory Evacuations

MANTECA (CBS13) — A levee breach has prompted mandatory evacuations in San Joaquin County.
The breach is on the eastern side of the San Joaquin River in the area of 1119 Parren Road.
Mandatory evacuations are in effect, bordered by Woodward Road to the north, Union Avenue to the east, and down and the river to the west.
