San Joaquin County Escapee Captured

UPDATE: The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department said the escapee was captured Friday evening around 7 p.m.
The inmate, Noah Jamir Seifuddin, walked away from his family’s vehicle after being out on a day pass.
