SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Starting January 1, there will be a new change at Sacramento grocery stores: plastic bags are banned.
B.Y.O.B. in Sacramento now also stands for bring your own bag. Come Friday you’ll have to remember to bring something with you to the store before you can get our without an extra cost.
