Sacramento man arrested in connection to throwing rocks from overpass

A 47-year-old Sacramento man was arrested and accused of throwing large rocks from Interstate 5 overpasses in Sacramento onto cars passing below, injuring several people, the California Highway Patrol said Wednesday.
