Sacramento City Council Approves Restroom Pilot Program Targeting Homeless

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Sacramento City Council has approved a six-month public restroom pilot program meant to counteract reports of human waste left outside businesses.
The plan would have a paid attendant be responsible for cleaning up and stocking supplies to a portable toilet for up to 10 hours a day. The toilets will be stored in the evening.
