Rescue Group: Kitten Nearly Fed To Man’s Pet Snake

LINCOLN (CBS13) – A local animal rescue group says they’ve taken in a kitten that was almost fed to a man’s pet snake.
The FieldHaven Feline Center says they were called on Monday by a local veterinary hospital. Apparently, a woman had rescued a 5-week-old Siamese kitten that was in horrible danger.
According to the woman, the kitten was taken from a man who intended to feed it to his pet snake.
FieldHaven staff says isn’t the first time such an incident has happened.
