Rep. Ami Bera’s Lead Over Scott Jones Approaches 5,000 Votes

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Rep. Ami Bera’s lead has increased over Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones in the race for California’s 7th Congressional District.
Bera now holds a 4,802 vote lead over Jones in a bid to hold on to his seat. Bera had been leading by more than 2,000 votes previously.
