Prosecutor: Suspect in Lake Co. fire set 12 other blazes

A man arrested in connection with sparking a destructive Lake County blaze appeared in court for the first time Wednesday, facing 19 arson charges, but a prosecutor said that most of the 13 fires he is accused of starting were either quickly extinguished or didn't spread.
