Possible Hate Crime Investigated At Davis Amtrak Station

DAVIS (CBS13) – An attack in Davis has led to a hate crime investigation.
The incident happened late Tuesday morning. Davis Police say a man from Ethiopia was at the Davis Amtrak station when a white man approached him and started pushing him and kicking him.
The man says the suspect called him racial slurs, including the n- word.
Investigators believe the suspect is a white man in his mid-40s, with short brown hair and a mustache. They believe this beating was unprovoked, as the victim wa
