Police: Vallejo Motel 6 Evicts Violent Sexual Predator Placed There By State Contractor

VALLEJO (CBS13) — A Motel 6 has evicted a violent sexual predator recently released from jail after the company says he was placed by a contractor who failed to disclose his identity, Vallejo Police said on Thursday.
Fraisure Smith was released recently as a transient after a long legal battle to find a home for him. After months of rejections from cities and neighborhoods, a judge authorized his release and he was quietly moved into a Motel 6 in Vallejo.
