Police: Elk Grove Man Arrested In Spencer Stone Stabbing Case

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento Police say an Elk Grove man has been arrested in the Spencer Stone stabbing case.
At a press conference early Wednesday afternoon, police announced that 28-year-old James Tran was the man arrested. Tran was arrested after his car was stopped by police Wednesday morning. He was taken into custody without incident.
Detectives believe it was Tran who circled behind Stone and stabbed him in the Oct. 8 incident. Tran is not believed to be the man seen&n
