Police Block Off Traffic Downtown Due To Structural Concerns At Hotel Marshall Construction Site

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Police blocked off traffic in Downtown Sacramento Tuesday night due to structural concerns on a building under construction.
Traffic was blocked on L Street from 8th-6th Street and 7th Street from J-L Street.
