PG&E crews going to Hurricane Matthew told stand down

Moments before buses loaded with Pacific Gas and Electric power crews began arriving at Sacramento's Jet Center, officials confirmed that Florida Power and Light canceled its mutual aid request for help in the wake of Hurricane Matthew.
