Overturned Big Rig Partially Blocks Highway 99 At Dillard Road

(CBS13) – Northbound Highway 99 just south of Elk Grove was partially blocked by a big rig that crashed into the center divider and overturned on Tuesday morning.
The FedEx big rig hauling a trailer crashed around 7:30 a.m. and resulted in a complete blockage of northbound lanes. It’s unknown what factors led to the crash.The driver suffered minor injuries, according to Michael Bradley, a CHP spokesperson.
