North Sacramento Shooting Victim Dies

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Sacramento Police Department reports that the victim of a shooting that occurred  Saturday evening on De Witt Court has succumbed to their injuries, making the case a homicide.
Police say the victim who was shot is an adult male in his 30’s. He was taken to a Sacramento-area hospital with major injuries, and was listed in serious condition Saturday night.
