Motorcyclist, 61, Killed In Hit-And-Run In Vacaville; Driver Arrested

VACAVILLE (CBS13) – The latest on a deadly hit-and-run investigation in Vacaville:
1:25 p.m.
Police say they have arrested 22-year-old Vacaville resident Miguel Gabriel-Ramirez in connection to the hit-and-run that left a motorcyclist dead.
According to Vacaville police, an officer spotted an SUV matching the description of the suspect’s vehicle in a parking lot along Callen Street.
