Modesto Man Arrested For Deadly Shooting In Riverbank

RIVERBANK (CBS13) – Authorities have arrested a Modesto man after a deadly shooting in Riverbank.
The incident happened late Tuesday night. According to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were called to the 2600 block of Topeka Street a little after 11:30 p.m. due to a reported shooting.
At the scene, a 31-year-old man was found lying the roadway with a gunshot wound.
Medics soon pronounced the man dead.
