Missing Vallejo Teen Last Seen Being Pulled By Man With Gun

VALLEJO (CBS13) — Solano County Sheriff’s investigators are looking for a teenager seen yelling for help as a man pulled her away.
Pearl Pinson was last seen on Wednesday morning at the I780 pedestrian overcrossing in Vallejo with blood on her face.Witnesses identified Fernando Castro, 19, as the one pulling her while he held a gun. He’s being called a person of interest as police look for help finding them both.
