Missing Stockton Caltrans Employee Found Safe

10:39 a.m. Thursday Update: California Highway Patrol’s Stockton division confirms that missing person Theron Simon has been found safe.
Simon is in good condition and is now at the hospital, authorities say.
No information about where he was found has been released.
