Midtown Sacramento Traffic Stopped By Stalled Union Pacific Train

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Traffic in Midtown Sacramento is being hampered by a stalled Union Pacific train.
The affected area is along 19th Street in Midtown Sacramento, north of T Street.
