Man Drowns in Lake Natoma

SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) — Sacramento Metro Fire crews and state lifeguard officials recovered the body of a 21-year-old man from Lake Natoma Saturday afternoon, officials said.
Lifeguards say the man was swimming without a life jacket when guards saw him struggling. They attempted to make a rescue but the man had slipped beneath the surface of the water before life guards could make it to him, according to fire personnel.
