Leak Found At Folsom Dam Spillway Construction Site

CBS13 (CBS) – Crews are inspecting a leak at the new spillway construction site next to Folsom Dam.
Around 4:30 a.m., people working at the site noticed a small amount of water seeping past the cofferdam, or temporary barrier, surrounding the construction project.All work stopped and workers were quickly evacuated from the area while the bulkhead gates were placed in the down position as a precaution.
