Kings Arenas: Plans Only On Paper

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The pictures of past arena plans that failed could fill up a photo album.Former Sacramento supervisor Roger Dickinson has been along for the up and down arena ride.
“For the people who are involved over that span of time it’s a roller coaster,” Dickinson said. “In several occasions, we thought we had a deal with the Maloofs and those deals never held.”
The past decade alone has seen a half-dozen plans fall apart.
