In-N-Out Burger Sues Start-Up Delivery Service

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – It’s heating up in the In-N-Out kitchen.
The San Jose Mercury News reports the fast food chain is filing a lawsuit against “DoorDash,” claiming the start-up delivery service is violating trademark laws.
In-N-Out says DoorDash is delivering their food and using its logo on their website.
