SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Developers of the Ice Blocks Project in Midtown Sacramento were disappointed to see the momentum they’d built up slowed by a devastating fire.
Investigators have been trying to find a cause for Saturday’s fire, but for now it’s just a wait-and-see game.
