Handcuffed Suspect Escapes CHP Custody, Again

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Officers with the California Highway Patrol’s North Sacramento office are looking for a suspect who escaped their custody Tuesday night, according to officials.
Officers detained and handcuffed the suspect after a vehicle pursuit that ended in Citrus Heights around 10 p.m. At some point after being handcuffed the suspect escaped the scene and fled near the area of Old Auburn Road and Antelope Road.
