Gov. Brown’s Trip To Vatican Exempt From Disclosure

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) – California Gov. Jerry Brown reported accepting about $22,000 in dinners and travel in 2015, including his trip to Paris for a U.N. climate conference.
But the annual disclosure statement Brown filed with ethics officials this week did not list another high-profile excursion to the Vatican.
The Democratic governor and his wife flew there on the private plane of a billionaire real-estate developer.
