Gov. Brown Officially Lifts Drought Emergency Proclamation

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Gov. Jerry Brown officially lifted the drought emergency proclamation on Friday.
“This drought emergency is over, but the next drought could be around the corner,” said Gov.
