First Case Of Zika Virus Confirmed In Solano County

SOLANO COUNTY (CBS13) – Health officials say a Solano County resident has been diagnosed with the Zika virus.
The announcement was made on Friday. According to the Solano County Department of Health and Social Services, the patient had recently traveled to Central America.
It is the first confirmed case of Zika virus in Solano County.
Health officials stress that there is no risk to Solano County residents.
