Fire In Sacramento County Started By Burning Roofing Debris

SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) – The cause of a five-acre grass fire in Sacramento County was started by burning construction debris.The fire began Tusday evening near the intersection of Madison Avenue and Roseville Road when a roofer noticed burning debris in the back of his truck. Concerned about the truck, he dumped the load on some gravel. Embers were blown to a nearby field and quickly spread.
