Fire Damage Forces Temporary Closure Of Wilson Way Bridge

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Stockton’s Wilson Way Bridge is closed for emergency repairs after a fire damaged it overnight.
City crews were out Sunday repairing the roadway after a fire broke out early Sunday morning underneath the bridge, which runs over Mormon Slough.
The fire managed to damage the bridge enough for officials to close the roadway for the time being. Drivers are being asked to avoid the area, with southbound traffic being detoured at Hazelton Avenue and northbound traffic de
