SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) – Federal authorities are charging a Sacramento man with running a scam that promised U.S. citizenships to hundreds of immigrants across at least seven states in return for fees as high as $10,000.
Helaman Hansen operated a Sacramento nonprofit called Americans Helping America Chamber of Commerce Agency.
