FBI arrests Modesto man accused of planning terror plot in SF

The FBI filed charges Friday against a Modesto man whom had "radical jihadi beliefs" and was possibly planning a terror attack at Pier 39 in San Francisco on Christmas Day, according to a criminal complaint.
