Fair Oaks neighbors uneasy after postman confrontation

Neighbors at a Fair Oaks cul-de-sac "don't feel safe" after a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier threatened a woman's brother when he allegedly saw the postman clubbing a wild turkey to death.
