FAA Drone Registration Deadline Is Here

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Heads up current drone owners, Friday is the deadline to register your device with the feds.
A new law requires that drones weighing more than 0.55 pounds, but less than 55 pounds, need to be registered with the Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA says the process is simple and only costs $5. The registration is good for three years.
