El Dorado County Superintendent Arrested For 2nd DUI

PLACERVILLE (CBS13) – The El Dorado County superintendent of schools has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to the California Highway Patrol Placerville division, officers responded to a crash near Green Valley Road and Mortara Circle Thursday afternoon and found that a pickup truck had hit a large utility box.
Officers say the driver, Jeremy Meyers, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. He was arrested and booked at El Dorado County
