Driver Killed In Highway 12 Crash Was Facing Charges

RIO VISTA, Calif. (AP) — The Northern California woman driving a car that crashed and killed five people last weekend was facing felony drunken driving charges and cruelty to a child stemming from a previous incident.
The Modesto Bee reports Tuesday that 21-year-old Annalicia Mona Montoya, and four others were killed and four more were injured in Saturday’s crash on Highway 12 near Rio Vista.
