Driver In Fatal Highway 12 Crash Had 3 License Suspensions

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — The Northern California woman driving a car that crashed and killed five people over the weekend was driving on a suspended license — her third suspension since May 2014.
The Sacramento Bee reports that 21-year-old Annalicia Mona Montoya’s license was suspended because of a collision in December. Montoya and four others were killed and four more were injured in a crash Saturday on Highway 12 near Rio Vista.
