Detectives: Pot Growing Operation Spanned 4 Cities

MANTECA (CBS13) – Authorities have raided a drug operation that spanned four different Northern California cities.
According to the Manteca Police Department, authorities have been investigating a suspected large-scale marijuana growing ring after an anonymous tip of suspicious activity in the city. Detectives believe the ring spanned five locations in Manteca, Modesto Elk Grove and San Jose.
Thursday, members of numerous different law enforcement agencies raided the locations.
