‘Destructive Device’ Found On American River Trail

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A part of the American River Parkway Trail is closed due to police activity early Monday afternoon.
Sacramento police say they are investigating an explosive device. A bomb squad is currently trying to determine if it’s live.
