Deputy Hurt In Orangevale While Taking Man Into Custody

ORANGEVALE (CBS13) – A deputy suffered a major injury while arresting a man in Orangevale, the sheriff’s department says.
The incident happened early Monday afternoon along the 6400 block of Benning Street.
According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a report of someone being threatened. While investigating the scene, deputies came across a dog tied up outside of an apartment.
