Deputies: Man, 58, Killed By Reckless Driver In North Highlands

NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) – A man was killed after his car was hit by another car that was being chased by a deputy late Sunday night.
The incident started on Watt Avenue near Don Julio Drive. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy out on patrol spotted a car speeding past on the sidewalk.
The deputy managed to catch up, but the suspect wouldn’t yield.
