Davis Police Offer Tips To Avoid Wallet Theft

DAVIS, CALIF. (CBS13) — The Davis Police Department reports an an uptick in wallet thefts during the months of July and August.
In each case, the theft took place at a grocery store, and the victim’s wallet was removed from their purse while it was in a shopping cart.
