Davis Man Arrested For Alleged Kidnapping Attempt

DAVIS (CBS13) — The Davis Police Department has arrested a 27-year-old Davis resident named Sander Ian Findlay on suspicion of kidnapping, according to a press release from the department.
On December 14, 2016, around 4:00 p.m. Davis Police officers responded to the area of Oceano Way and Arena Drive in Davis for a reported attempted kidnapping involving a female junior high student.
