Congregation Steps Up To Help Yuba City Women’s Shelter After Fire

YUBA CITY (CBS13) – Twenty women and children are homeless in Yuba City after a fire ripped through their home on Saturday.
It happened just after 1:30 a.m. at the Casa de Esperanza shelter.
“We’re going to be out of our shelter for some period of time,” said Marsha Krouse-Taylor, Casa de Esperanza’s Executive Director.
