Central Valley Braces For Storm As Flood Warning Goes Until Effect Until Thursday

WILTON (CBS13) — Witlon residents are preparing in light of the current storm.
The city, which has already received its fair share of flooding and levee concerns this winter, is now under a flood warning until Thursday.
