CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Arson Suspect Caught On Camera, Arrested

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man was caught on camera dropping a smoking object at a home in the Parkway neighborhood of South Sacramento.
The alleged crime occurred at Manet Parkway and Lippi Parkway.
