Cal Fire Controlled Burns Catch El Dorado County Residents Off Guard

PILOT HILL (CBS13) — Cal Fire scrambling to finish controlled burns near Pilot Hill before temperatures get too high. But just last week, the state stopped handing out residential burn permits.
