Bus driver used cellphone before deadly Hwy. 99 crash, DA says

The Merced County District Attorney's Office filed several felony and misdemeanor charges against a man who was driving a tour bus that crashed into a sign pole on Highway 99, killing four people, the attorney's office said Tuesday.
