Body Found In American River Near Guy West Bridge

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Crews have pulled the body of a woman out of the American River near Sacramento State.
The scene is along the American River between the Guy West Bridge and H Street.
Rescue crews from the Sacramento Fire Department responded to the scene around 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
